Mark Robert Allen passed away peacefully at home from natural causes on April 14, 2025. He was born on May 20, 1982 in Waterville, Maine. He is the son of Ann and Victor Edgecomb and Gary and Michelle Allen. Mark graduated from Lincoln Academy in 2000. Mark attended CMVTI in Auburn training as a machinist. Mark joined the Maine National Guard and then served in the US Army, stationed in Barstow, California. Mark continued his machinist work and worked for the State of Maine DOT and Bath Iron Works.
Brunswick- Gerald L. Schweitzer, 79, of Richmond, passed away on April 2nd, 2025, at Maine Health Mid Coast Hospital.
Gerald was born on September 1st, 1945, the son of Theodore Schweitzer and Julia (Rispoli) Schweitzer.
Augusta- Gerald H. Reynolds, Sr., 86, passed away on April 3, 2025 at the Maine Verterans’ Home.
He was born on Augusta 22, 1938, the son of Carl and Ruth Reynolds. Gerald was born in Gardiner but grew up in Richmond.
Richmond- It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Narda Ann Hinkley on March 16, 2025, at the age of 68, following a short battle with a rare cancer. She left us far too soon, but we are forever grateful for the time we had with her.
Lewiston- Gilman Hinkley, 91, passed away March 13, 2025. He was born to Clinton and Evelyn Hinkley, January 16, 1934 and lived his entire life in Richmond, graduating from Richmond High School, Class of 1953.
Joan Helen Marston, 82, of Richmond, ME passed on March 5, 2025 at her home in Richmond. She was born on December 23, 1942 to Donald Trussell Sr. and Emily Trussell.
Farmingdale-Weldon R. Shields, Sr., of Farmingdale, passed away March 05, 2025. He was born on August 08, 1930 in Richmond, Maine.
He was predeceased by both parents, Roy and Hazel Shields.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Phyllis Shields of Farmingdale, 5 children Weldon Shields, Jr. & Julie his wife, Gary & Debbie Shields, Debbie Bodge, Mary Shields and Betty Chapman. He is also survived by 2 stepchildren Randy Barker and Travis Barker, as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Charles Harlan Wright, 68 of Woolwich, Maine passed away on Sunday, March 2nd, 2025 after a battle with cancer.
He was born September 9th, 1956 to Beverly E. (Carleton) and Harlan S. Wright of Woolwich. He attended Woolwich Central School and was a 1974 Graduate of Morse High School.
Richmond- L. Tonia Cormier Laliberte, of Richmond, age 87, died peacefully at home on Monday, February 17, 2025 with her daughters and grandson by her side.

Shirley Ann Roy (Ames) of Richmond passed away at Glenridge in Augusta on February 19, 2025. She was born November 8, 1941 in Rockport, Maine to Arene Rose Troiani and Theodore Merrill Ames.
Richmond- Carol Lynn Green Smith passed away January 19, 2025 after a long illness.
She was born on December 26, 1953, to Jere and Priscilla Green.
Kaleb Anthony Halsey, 20 years young, of Bowdoinham, born to Berta Veno and Ian Halsey, passed far too soon in a tragic accident on January 15, 2025 at Maine Medical Center.
Gardiner- Sandra A. Hickey, 84, passed away January 22, 2025 at the MaineGeneral Rehabilitation & Long Term Care at Glenridge following visits from family and close friends.
West Gardiner- William E. Chapman, known affectionately as Bill, passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 70 at his home in West Gardiner, surrounded by family.
Bowdoin- Doris Wheeler Gagne left us to be with Jesus on January 5th, 2025, at the age of 82 after a courageous 81-year battle with Juvenile Diabetes. Doris was loved by all who knew her for her gentle manner and caring heart. She was an avid letter writer with pen pals around the world. Her memory for people and dates was legendary, and she faithfully sent birthday cards to friends and family. She was also passionate about her family's genealogy. She was an avid reader, and loved to hear others' life stories.
Brunswick- Faith Hanley Bailey, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 3rd, 2025, surrounded by her family members.
