It is with heavy hearts we share the passing of our beloved Carroll Small. Born on February 25, 1943. Carroll passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on December 31, 2025.
Carroll was a man of many talents. A Jack of all trades. But most of all he was a family man who raised four children with his wife of 59 years, Gail. Carroll enjoyed working outdoors every chance he could amongst other things but most of all loved to sit with his family and enjoy their company. Carroll would drop everything to lend a helping hand especially for his children.
Carroll was a Richmond High School graduate. He worked for Central Maine Power for close to 30 years where he then retired.
Carroll is predeceased by his Mother and Father, Ralph and Florence Small. His two sisters, Rowena Gibbs and Beulah Howe. He is lovingly survived by his wife Gail, his four children; Ronald and wife Michele Small, Elaine Small, Patricia and husband Leonard Rainey and Nancy Small. His sister Gloria Houdlette and Brother Dale and wife Rebecca Small. Several nieces and nephews. Six grandchildren; Ashley Loon, Kayla Maines, Amber Loon, Sara Wright, Zachary Small and Adam Beaulieu. Five great grandchildren; Emma Maines, Dean Bernier, Claire Maines, Delaney Bernier and Everett Maines.
