Clyde E. Sirois
PITTSTON – Clyde E. Sirois, 74, of Pittston died on August 11, 2018. He was born in Gardiner, ME on May 8, 1944, the son of Carolyn (Bailey) Sirois and grew up in the Dresden area.
In 1998 he married his soulmate, Rose. For years he worked as a Marine Worm Digger. He retired in 2012. He was a member of the Gardiner Eagles and the American Legion SAL.
Clyde was predeceased by his mother, Carolyn (Bailey) Sirois, and his brothers, Gerald, Leslie, and Eddie.
Clyde is survived by his wife, Rose; daughters, Joline and Joanne of Jacksonville, FL; Christine Taylor and Troy of Randolph; April Taylor and Jim of Oakland; Danielle Sirois and Nick of Vassalboro; and Heidi Storkson and husband David of Pittston; one son, Chad Briggs and Nicole of Norridgewock; brothers, Wayne and Cindy; Clarence and Betty; and Russell; sisters, Lillian; and Betty Jane and husband Tim; and granddaughters, Kristen and husband Charles of MN; Ashley Kadar of Jacksonville, FL; Brandy Long of Jacksonville, FL; Jeffrey Kincaid and Vanessa of Chelsea; William Taylor and Amanda of Waterville; Lynzi Trepanier of Oakland; Brady Shields of Vassalboro; Caitlin and Colby Ham of Pittston; Tyler Briggs of Madison; Jasmine Coldwell and Elizabeth Briggs of Norridgewock; 10 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Clyde’s family would like to acknowledge the excellent care given by MG Hospice, especially by his nurse, Chris, and Bob, his volunteer.
A graveside service will be held At Pine Grove Cemetery in Dresden, ME on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 12pm.
