BRUNSWICK — Bill Sweeney died peacefully on Jan. 2, 2014, at HillHouse in Bath, Maine. He was born in Waltham, MA on Jan. 14, 1932, a son of Charlotte and Edward Sweeney.

Bill was a typesetter for the Wellesley Press for 28 years and worked 20 years for The Times Record in the Circulation Department. He served in the United States Navy from 1955-1959.

He is predeceased by his Mom and Dad, a brother Edward Sweeney, and a sister Joan Gagnon.

He is survived by a sister Mary Taylor of Tucson, Ariz., a sister Kay Natale ofLittle River, S.C., and a sister Patricia Myrick of Brunswick, ME. He also leaves two nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are under the care of Kincer Funeral Home, 130 Pleasant St., Richmond, ME. A service will be held at St. John’s Cemetery in the summer of 2014.
