AUGUSTA-Raymond Leo Moore, 71, of Richmond passed away on November 14^th, 2014 in his wife of 50 years’ loving arms, and surrounded by his loving family at the Maine Veterans’ Home in Augusta, ME.He was born in Lewiston, Maine on Oct. 5^th, 1943 to parents Paul and Anita Moore.Ray was employed at Bath Iron Works for 17 years as an insulator. He enjoyed spending his spare time at the race track, and bear hunting with his sons.He is survived by his lovely wife Betty of Richmond; his children: Greg of Dresden, Jeff of Marion, Debbie of Richmond, Kim of Florida, and Dianna of Richmond; his siblings, Jean, Theresa, Rose, Ann, Paul, Donald, and George; 13 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

At the request of Ray’s family there will be no visitation, and services will be held privately.
