Portland-Cecile Reilly,91, passed away on December 14 at 75 State Street. She is survived by her three daughters, Stefanie Rosenberger, Penelope Reilly and Rebecca Reilly. Cecile’s family will honor her life at 75 State Street Biannual Remembrances January 29 at 2:30 pm in the Adams Center, Grey Street entrance.
