DAMARISCOTTA -- Jacqueline C. Eastman, 67, of Damariscotta died on Thursday, March 8, 2007, at Miles Memorial Hospital in Damariscotta, with her daughter by her side.

Jackie was born on April 22, 1939, the daughter of Robert and Hazel (Harris) Coates. She grew up in Chelsea and attended Chelsea schools, graduating from Gardiner High School. She enjoyed playing Bingo and spending time with her granddaughter Natalie.

Jackie was predeceased by her parents and her son, Walter Eastman.

She is survived by her daughter, Jill Wagurak and her husband, Ivan, of Whitefield; her special granddaughter, Natalie Wagurak; stepgranddaughter Breaunna Wagurak; brother Robert Coates of Randolph; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be a memorial service for Jackie at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 12, at Kincer Funeral Home, 130 Pleasant St., Richmond. Burial will be in the spring at Whitefield Cemetery, Route 218, Whitefield, with the date and time to be announced.
