AUGUSTA — Cecilia R. Robinson, 93, formerly of Richmond died Friday, Jan. 12, 2007, at Glenridge Nursing Home.

She was born in Lewiston on Jan. 19, 1913, the daughter of Orimill and Gertrude (Grover) Robinson. She graduated from Richmond High School in 1932.

She was a lifelong resident of Richmond, working at several area businesses, most recently at Cunningham's Market in Richmond.

She was a past member of Richmond Post 132 Women's Auxiliary, where she held many positions. She was also a past member of the Enterprise Grange. She enjoyed sewing, making dresses, collecting dolls and spending time with her beloved Boston terriers.

She was predeceased by three sisters, Irene Waltz, Thelma Perkins and Margaret Steele; and a brother, Maurice Robinson.

She is survived by a daughter Claudette Helie of Swanzey, N.H.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside service will take place in the spring in Richmond Cemetery.
