Richmond-Augusta B. Jewett, 95, of Kimball St. passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2007 at a Parkview Hospital in Brunswick.

She was born in Damariscotta on June 30, 1911 the daughter of Willard and Sunie (Waltz) Dickenson.

Augusta enjoyed being around people, visiting, just talking on the phone with friends, riding and shopping especially with Yvette wife of grand nephew Bruce Dickenson.

She worked for the Ames Mill and Walton’s Nursing Home respectively both in Richmond.

Augusta was predeceased by her husband Charles Jewett, parents, several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter Loraine Buker, grandson’s Michael Jewett, Richard Jewett and his wife Judy, great grandson Rich Buker, great granddaughter Kellie Buker, great great granddaughter Genevieve Lynn Buker all of Lee, Massachusetts, sister Carrie Holman of Richmond, nephews Phil Holman, Earl Dickenson, Gary Williams, Keith Guiou, Ernie Williams, Gail Griffin, Helen Sutton, many other grand nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held in the spring at the convenience of the family.
