Jacqueline C. Leroux
Bowdoinham-Jacqueline C. Leroux, 72, of the River Rd. formerly of OOB, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013 at the home of her son.
She was born in Biddeford on December 22, 1940 the daughter of Paul and Doris Leroux.
Jackie worked for many years as a bookkeeper for the City of Biddeford and previous to that for Chapman and Drake Insurance of Bath.
She loved motorcycling and rode until the age of 67. Jackie was a past member of the Rolling Thunder and United Bikers of Maine holding several offices in the clubs through the years.
She was predeceased by her parents Paul and Doris of Old Orchard Beach. Jackie is survived by her sons Jason Bellevue, wife Alison and their children Benjamyn and Marie of California, Douglas Bellevue, his companion Samantha Klemko of Bodinham and Douglas’s sons Evan and Joseph Bellevue of Topsham. Jackie is also survived by her sisters Patricia King of OOB, Joyceline Brown and husband Harry of California, Elizabeth Goodwin and husband Carl of Saco, Michelle Boisjoly and husband Philip of Saco, Denise Kinney and husband Russell of OOB, brother Paul Leroux and wife Susan of Saco. Jackie is from a large family and will be missed by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will take place on Saturday, October 5th at 11am at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Biddeford. The family is planning a motorcycle ride departing Bowdoinham 8:30am, stopping Topsham Fair Mall at 9am, and Scarborough at 10 am on Saturday for arrival at the service. All are welcome.
